A fantastic find with a great location, just a block from the tram station and a short walk from major attractions. I loved staying in a superior double room that was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, being on a quiet street yet so close to all the major attractions. The ‘honesty bar’ was such a fun touch, allowing us to unwind with pre-dinner drinks!

No one told me I had to scramble for coffee pods and the front desk was almost never staffed. an upgrade for my 'exquisite' stay would have been nice. it's not like I was asking for the moon, just a comfortable cup of coffee and human interaction, is that too much to ask?

Finding the hotel was confusing due to misleading directions on the website!!! The bathtub is unnecessarily high and not mobility-friendly. The blow dryer had consistent issues. bring your own for a hassle-free experience!!!

The spacious room featured nice amenities, and the complimentary Prosecco and high-quality chocolates were thoughtful touches. The availability of free bikes was an added bonus, although they could use some maintenance. The staff were accommodating, allowing an early check-in which was greatly appreciated after a long trip from New York.
